1. Delivery times
Peninsular Spain: 2 to 5 business days from confirmation of payment.
Balearic Islands: 4 to 5 business days from confirmation of payment.
Europe: 5 to 7 days skillful from confirmation of payment.
Note: During promotional and holiday periods and especially on dates such as 'Black Friday' and Christmas, please note that orders may be delayed.
2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Peninsular Spain:
- Ordinary shipments will be free
- Express Shipping 24H will cost €5.90
Balearic Islands:
- Shipping costs will be €7.20
Europe :
- Some European Countries will have shipping costs that will be shown on the payment screen
3 . Return policy
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the product, as long as the conditions set out in our returns policy are met. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unused condition and in the same condition in which it was received. Additionally, it must include all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.
To make a return, you must send an email to info@lamalamood.com indicating your full name and order number.
The shipping costs will be paid by the customer. You can ask us for home collection or drop it off at the nearest Post Office.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, once we have received and processed the returned product. Processing time may vary and depends on the payment method used. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution's policies.
